Abstract
ive: Objective To observe the adverse reactions of atorvastatin 40mg/d in acute coronary artery syndromes(ACS) patients after PCI,and Compare the clinical effect of aniso-dosage.Methods 160 ACS patients who were final diagnosed by CAG were divided into two groups randomly, atorvastatin 10mg/d(group A) and atorvastatin 40mg/d(group B) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)therapy(PTCA and STENT).Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Creatinine(Cr),Blood lipid were measured before administration and after1,4,12,24 weeks; To observe the digestion reaction and the psychiatric symptom. Results The ALT peak of both group was at week 1-4,there were 25.0%(A) and 48.3%(B) ALT abnormality at week 1,the difference of that was statistically significant(P0.05);But only 6.7%(A) and 5%(B) were 3 fold of normal ALT,which need discontinuation,It is no statistically significant; All ALT elevated were recovered within weeks; There was only 1 case correlated renal function abnormality in group B,and no rhabdomyolysis. The level of Cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) of 12 weeks and 24 weeks were statistically significant between groups(P0.05);And there were also statistically significant of the percentage of LDL≤1.80mmol/L at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks after administration between groups(P0.05).Conclusion The adverse reactions of 40mg/d atorvastatin was mild and similar to 10mg/d,40mg/d atorvastatin is safe in chinese ACS patients after PCI.The efficacy of lowering TC and LDL is associated with dosage.
