Abstract

This paper discusses briefly the purchasing partnership with suppliers. Expanding four courses of beginning of demand analysis, choosing suppliers, founding cooperation relationship formally, and strengthening the cooperation, the paper analyzes some key issues such as sourcing strategy, process of planning supply management, estimating and selecting suppliers, and administration of attestation, for the purpose of making purchasing perfect.
