Abstract
Objective To understand the region Urinary Mycoplasma genitalium infection, UU and mycoplasma to different drugs in vitro sensitivity. Methods 83 cases of Mycoplasma specimens got test of polymerase chain reaction (nPCR) detection, for the rest of the training and drug sensitivity. Results 132 samples, Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), 0.02 (11.90%), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (21.43%), Mycoplasma genitalium (Mg) four species of mycoplasma positive rate of 66.5%. 31.9%, 27.7%, 17.0%, M.fermentans (Mf) and the penetrating mycoplasma (Mpe) were 2.7%, pears mycoplasma (prostitutes) was not detected. Uu and Mh highly sensitive to antibiotics, in the following order Josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline, azithromycin, clarithromycin. Conclusions Mycoplasma infection is high in the region male STD patients. Uu and Mh infection on common erythromycin have generated some resistance. Timely test and choice of efficient drugs play an important role in reducing Uu Mh the selection of resistant strains, preventing recurrence and improving the cure rate.
