The effection of segment type plastic operation of nasal septum

Objective:To explore the feasibility and effection of segment type plastic operation of nasal septum.Method:Sixty patients were selected with deviation of nasal septum and divided into four types of the plastic operation of nasal septum.The first was suitable for deviation of nasal septal cartilage,the second was suitable for deviation of perpendicular of ethmoid bone,the third was suitable for deviation of nasal process of maxilla,the fourth was suitable for deviation of nasal septal cartilage and bony septum of nose.Result:All the operations were smoothly finished,the operation time was averagely thirty minutes,the amoumt of bleeding in operation was five milliliters.After half year observation,the nasal ventilation function of all patients was good,and the effection of correction was satisfied.There was no hematoma of nasal septum,nasal septal abscess,perforation of nasal septum and saddle nose.The cure rate is ninety-three point three three,the apparent efficiency is six point six six,thetotal efficiency is one hundred percent.Conclusion:The segment type plastic operation of nasal septum is a more minimally invasive orthopaedic operation,it has the more broad application prospect in the teenagers with deviation of nasal septum.So it is worthy of being popularized.
