Abstract
Objective To assess the kidneys extent of lesion through biochemical analysis of the urine. Methods Nonconcentrated urine protein electrophoresis of kidney disease was targeted by means of biochemical urine testing division, and the statistical analysis was conducted by computer software. Results The urinary P,urine UREA,Cr,UA and Ca of the tubular lesions reduced more significantly than the normal while the total urinary protein and albumin increased slightly but no significant difference, compared with the normal; glomerular lesions of the total protein and albumin in urine increased significantly. The UREA,Cr,UA and Ca reduced slightly, and the vascular disease became less severe; At the same time, the pure Ca and normal albuminuria, urine osmolality,ALB,and UREA mildly reduced, and there is a significant difference with tubular proteinuria, but no significant difference with the small ball proteinuria. Conclusion Biochemical consociation analysis of urine can be applied to detect the early pathological changes in kidney,so to discover the disease early and monitor the development of the disease.
