Clinic research of the treatment of refractory nephritic syndrome with Salviac Miltiorrhizae Injection and high-dose methylprednisolone

Objective: To research the effect and safety of Salviac Miltiorrhizae Injection and high-dose methylprednisolone in the treatment of nephritic syndrome.Methods:90 cases with nephritic syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups: combined treatment group,high-dose methylprednisolone group and prednisone group.Patients in the combined treatment group were given Salviac Miltiorrhizae Injection and high-dose methylprednisolone. Ones in high-dose methylprednisolone group were just given high-dose methylprednisolone.Routine drug therapy was used as the prednisone group.The renal function parameters,Serum Albumin and the side effect of patients were observed.Results:The efficacy,renal function parameters and Serum Albumin of the combined treatment group and the high-dose methylprednisolone group were much better than that of the prednisone group.The blood Cr and BUN obviously decreased in the combined treatment group,and the side effect was less than the high-dose methylprednisolone group.Conclusion:Salviac Miltiorrhizae Injection and high-dose methylprednisolone are effective on primary nephritic syndrome.
