Abstract
As one of the key mechanisms,the guide bar swing mechanism directly impacts the high speed running performance of warp knitting machine.The paper analyzes the changes of constraining force of the guide bar rotating shaft at low speed,and establishes the flexible multi-body dynamic model of guide bar swing mechanism of warp knitting machine by virtue of the analysis software of ADAMS and Nastran.It analyzes the dynamic response when the warp knitting machine is running at high speed,and has determined the changing level of allowed shogging angle of guide bar at high speed,the deviation level and changing tendency of guide needle pinpoint position at different speeds,and the changing tendency and causes of vibration of guide bar swing mechanism.
