Abstract
This paper selects no-flat modified trapezoid acceleration curve as the electronic shogging motion control model for high-speed warp knitting machines,and carries out experiments with guide bars under different conditions on a KS4 high-speed warp knitting machine.Comparative analysis of real-time dynamic response characteristic curves of the shogging guide bar driving system during high speed motion proved that it was suitable to select the acceleration curve as the electronic shogging motion control model for high-speed warp knitting machines and it had a good control effect.Moreover,it is observed that,in order to improve the speed of warp knitting machine effectively,the start angle of electronic shogging should be earlier up to 5° than that of mechanical shogging during the overlap,but should be at least 20° later than that of mechanical shogging during the underlap;and the two stop-shogging angles of overlap and underlap both should be earlier than the mechanical stop-shogging angle.
