Abstract
[Objective]To explore the characteristics and prevention measures of children acute poisoning.[Methods]The general clinical data of 726 cases of children acute poisoning in recent 5 years were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]The number of children acute poisoning increased obviously for the past few years.The peak ages were less than 3 years old and more than 8 years old.And there were many kinds of poisoning,among which the number of iatrogenic poisoning,medicine mistaking poisoning and poisoning resulted from suicide showed an upward trend.[Conclusions]Prevention measures should emphasize on food hygiene supervision and practice standard of Medical Therapy Unit especially the elementary medical institution,and heath education on mental health of teenagers needs to be enhanced.
