Abstract
The Forest management plan is basis of making the annual forest management plans,organizing forest management and forest production arrangements.It is also an important basis for forest management of forestry management,inspection and supervision.Preparation and implementation of forest management plan is a statutory work.The content,requirements,main points of forest management plan and the meaning and role of the management plan were described in the paper.
