Problems and Solutions of Forest Management Plan Prepared after the Forest Reform

Abstract

The characteristics of post forest reform and basic status of forest management were reviewed,the existing problems of forest management plan were analyzed,the countermeasures were put forward: scientific and standardization forest management plan must be improved; targeted,combined with the characteristics of forest resources and the actual business entities; timely revision of forest management plan; strengthen the supervision of law,regulate forest management programs and operation.
