On the Teacher's Role Consciousness in the Research Study

Abstract
A teacher's consciousness in the research study plays a key role in the activities of research study;in which a teacher must have the consciousness to train students' perfect individualities,have the teaching and learning concept of democracy and equality,and have the evaluation consciousness to bring about students'overall advances.To cultivate a right consciousness is of great value to carrying out activities of research study,to correcting any wrong understanding of research study in practice,and to deepening the practice of research study.
