Abstract

As scientific and technological achievements have emerged in large numbers in recent years,how to put them into industrialization has become an important common interest around the topic.This article,based on technological-achievements-projects in the past 5 years in Changzhou,analyzes the constraints of putting scientific and technological achievements into industrialization in Changzhou with Degree of Grey Incidence,and then puts forward some ideas and recommendations to enhance the transformation rate in future.
