Abstract
The important effect of basic construction engineering cost management was introduced,and the engineering cost calculation,control method and means of construction engineering investing and decision making stage,project design stage,project implementing stage and post project evaluation stage were discussed.It illustrated the importance of engineering cost proper determination and effective control crossed the whole process,which involved the important characteristics of every project cost and evaluation,therefore control engineering cost better.
