Abstract
According to the importance of the engineering cost control, the paper discusses the control measures of the engineering cost control in the whole process of the construction project from the stages of the investment decision stage,the design stage,the construction stage and the settlement of engineering finished stage,to reduce engineering cost and to improve the economic benefit and the social benefit of the construction project.
