Abstract

Isokinetic muscle testing and training is a new and valuable technology in the evaluation of muscle function and training muscle strength. Many studies have verified that the isokinetic testing and training can not only be used in evaluation to qualify muscle strength objectively, but also be used for rehabilitation after sports injuries. This paper gives a summary on its application in injuries of knee joint.
