Abstract

Objective:The programmes of injury prevention and isokinetic rehabilitation of knee joint are put forward through the mechanical characteristics of the muscle contraction of it.Methods:By using Germany ISOMED2000 isokinetic muscle strength system to test muscle characteristics of knee joint in different speed. Results:The testing shows knee joint will make the most powerful in 120°/s; the force and the arm of force will has a large value when the flexion and extensor muscle group of knee joint in the rate of 90° and 120°.Conclusion:Static force made by muscle group of knee joint in 90°, can effectively overcome the applied load, complete grasp of work without injury occurred. So it is propitious for rehabilitee to complete training scheme and recovery after injury by using speed of 120°/s ,which can effectively play centripetal contraction capacity and ability to work of flexor and extensor muscles group of the knee joint.
