Clinicopathology Analysis of Four Cases of Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma,Nasal Type

Abstract

Objective To investigate Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma,nasal type for its features of clinicopathology.Methods Four Extranodal NK/T cell lymphomas from skin were studied.Immunophenotype was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Three cases in situ hybridization was performed.Results Skin lesion included ulceration,lump and purpura et al.All the lesions occurred on the face for three cases,the lesions of the patient 4th occurred in submaxilla and both lower extremities,the pathological examination showed obvious heteromorphism of neoplastic cells;the results of immunohistochemistry showed tumor cells were positive for CD56,CD3e,granzyme B and EBER was detected in three cases.Conclusion There are characteristic pathology and immunohistochemistry in extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma,nasal type,and the clinical manifestation,laboratory examination are also significant clues for the diagnosis.
