On Improving Students' Entrepreneurship under Teachers' Guidance

In improving college students entrepreneurship,teachers should play a role in thinking guidance,psychological guidance,field guidance and individual counseling. However,there are some problems which restrict teachers' role,such as teachers' lack of entrepreneurial experience,restriction of entrepreneurial environment,low intensity of entrepreneurial education and subjects,and the neglect of students' initiative. According to these problems,colleges should select teachers with entrepreneurial experience to carry out entrepreneurial education; establish and improve campus entrepreneurial environment; incorporate entrepreneurial knowledge into subjects; and improve students' entrepreneurial initiatives.
