Abstract

Polyaluminum ferric silicate was prepared with Fe2(SO4)3,Al2(SO4)3 and Na2SiO3·9H2O.The adsorption in treatment of saponino wastewater was studied. The results showed that polyaluminum ferric silicate had very good removal efficiency for the CODCr and chroma of saponin wastewate. The dosage of polyaluminum ferric silicate,pH and mixing time had obvious effect on the removal rates of CODCr and chroma. The best experimental conditions for the experimental scheme were obtained by orthogonal method: the dosage of polyaluminum ferric silicate was 20mL/L,pH was 8,the mixing time was 45min.Under the optimal reaction conditions the removal rate of CODCr was 68.76%,color removal rate was 97.31%.
