Abstract
Objective To study the effects of the whole quality care on the quality of life and anxiety and depression emotion in patients with cervical cancer. Methods Eighty-seven cases of cervical cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were divided into control group(42 cases) and observation group(45 cases). After accepting the routine nursing and the latest high quality nursing care respectively, QOL-C30 scores,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the physical, role,cognitive, social and emotional functions of patients in observation group were improved significantly(P 0.05),the incidences of main symptoms including nausea, vomiting and pain were decreased significantly(P 0.05),and sleep, diet and diarrhea showed significant improvement(P 0.05). The SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group before chemotherapy, after care, and after chemotherapy(P 0.05). Before the intervention after chemotherapy, the SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were improved significantly(P 0.05). Conclusion The latest high quality care can significantly improve the quality of life of cervical cancer patients subjected to chemotherapy and relieve anxiety and depression.
