Abstract
A method-Gas Chromatographic(GC)with Solid-phase extraction purificationwas developed for simu-ltaneous determination of six organochlorine residues in vegetables and fruits. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by Florisil solid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge and determined by GC/ECD.The recoveries of six organochlorines at a level of 0.01~0.10 mg/kg were 79.82% ~104.01%,the relative standard deviations were 1.08% ~9.50%,the detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg.The results indicated that this method was simple, reliable, fast and qualified for pesticide residue analysis.
