Abstract
A rapid and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of 11 phosphate pesticides in vegetables and fruits by solid phase extraction and gas chromatographic determination.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and then cleaned up by self-made florisil solid phase extraction columella.Finally,they were determined on a gas chromatograph with a nitrogen phosphorous detector.The recoveries of this method ranged from 52.8±4.8% to 115.3±3.0% while spiked pesticide residues at three levels and the relative standard deviation were lower than 12.6%.The detection limit of this method ranged from 0.0126~0.052 mg/kg.This method is rapid and sensitive,it is applicable to the fast analysis of pesticide multi-residues in vegetables and fruits.
