On the State Management Ideas of Tao Shu and Wei Yuan,the Two Outstanding Persons in Meishan

Tao Shu and Wei Yuan both from the same ancient Meishan area were all-powerful figures in the history of the Qing Dynasty(1644-1911),reigned together for the Southeast and made outstanding contributions to three governments.They screened the special relationship between owners and staff working for decades.There are many similarities between them: Practical Learning in the Qing Dynasty(1644——1911) is the cornerstone of their thinking and actions;they are patriots,and attach importance to practice;They educated and promoted the talented persons with the sense of modern economic thinking,they reveal remarkable insight and courage.Tao Shu had made significant impact on Wei Yuan,whose later thought of learning from the western was the continuation,deepening and sublimation of their theory of statecraft in the specific historical conditions.
