Optimal System Preventive Maintenance Model of Different Preventive Maintenance Period

Abstract

In the approach,the difference of Preventive Maintenance Period followed Maintenance times was considered.By taking into account that failure rate will increase with the rose of Maintenance times,the recursion relationship of failure rate before and after Preventive Maintenance was built up concerning with the concept of age reduction factor.This paper presents an Optimal Policy Research model of the different Preventive Maintenance Period.The change of system's maintenance cost along with maintenance times was researched,and compared with the maintenance cost of the same preventive maintenance periods.
