Optimization of Preventive Maintenance Period based on GA

Abstract

The change of preventive maintenance period followed maintenance times was considered.Taking into account the failure rate will increase with the rose of maintenance times,the recursion relationship of the failure rate before and after preventive maintenance was built up concerning with the concept of age reduction factor.This paper presents an optimization model of the preventive maintenance period based on GA.The rate of profit along with maintenance times was researched,with the result that effectively help to determine how the system will be replaced.
