Abstract

200 Brassica napus lines were identified by field identification and indoor quality analysis to select Brassica napus lines with high-yield and high erucic acid content for breeding of Brassica napus varieties with high erucic acid content.The results showed that the erucic acid content of 16 Brassica napus lines is above 50% and the erucic acid content of T6431-1,T6429-1 and T6429-3 lines is 54.0%,53.9% and 53.5% separately,the average yield of T6434-5,T6446-1 and T6455-4 lines is higher than Zhongyou 119(CK) by more than 20% respectively.T6434-5 and T6446-1 lines with high erucic acid content,resistance to lodging,good comprehensive agronomic characters and yielding ability can be used as excellent resources for directive application or breeding of Brassica napus varieties with high erucic acid content.T6431-1 line with high erucic acid content,high 1000-seed weight and high oil content can be used in breeding of Brassica napus varieties with high erucic acid content after its yielding ability is improved.T6429-1 and T6429-3 lines with high erucic acid and oil content can be used in breeding of Brassica napus varieties with high erucic acid content after their agronomic characters are improved.
