Cultural Construction——the only way to the promotion of university libraries

Abstract

Based on the connotation of cultural construction,the author of this article believes that cultural construction is the only way to the promotion of university libraries from the following five aspects:the construction of environment,the establishment of systems,construction of service,construction of professional librarians,by taking Anhui Normal University as an example.
