Construction and Prospect of National Preventive Medicine Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center

In order to meet the higher demands of the society for persons of preventive medicine and update traditional theory,a new experiment system was built.A lot of successful experience has be accumlated,based on tri-base of contents,in cultivating students'practical ability.In accordance with the development of public health,according to the preventive medicine education systems and the thought of building teaching platform with broad caliber,Huazhong University of Science and Technology takes the lead in establishing a national experimental demonstration center of preventive medicine which covers multi-disciplinary.The center breaks the boundaries between different subjects,organically integrates experimental items,merges overall arrangements,and makes their respective advantages complementary to each other,which improve the experimental operation and design capabilities of students and achieve remarkable.The new experiment system has been approoved by more than 40 specialists from universities both at home and abroad.
