Effect observation of Loquat Qingfeiyin with modification for treating 135 cases of acne vulgaris

Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effects of oral Loquat Qingfeiyin with modification in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:135 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.85 cases in the treatment group received oral Loquat Qingfeiyin with modification,while 50 cases in the control group were treated with oral Viaminati Capsules.The curative effects were observed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.The patients of clinical recovery were followed up for 3 months.Results:The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 82.0% in the control group with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Loquat Qingfeiyin with modification is an effective method to treat acne vulgaris,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
