On Modern Value of Confucian Ethics in CivilMorality Construction

Abstract

Ethics is the core concept of Confucianism and the essence of age-old cultural tradition of Chinese nation, which has had a great effect on Chinese social psychology and behavioral standard for thousands of years. In light of the present problems in civil morality construction, the paper discusses the modern value in the Confucian ethics in an innovative spirit.
