Discourse upon compensation for mental damages of bodily injury

The article expounds the defects of our present law on compensation for mental damages,and puts forward that our country should establish a system of compensation for mental damages of bodily injury.In the range of application,the author considers that it should be applied to damnifying right of body,right of life,right of health,etc.As for the standard of compensation,the following factors should be considered:the faulty extent of injurer,the concrete tortions circumstances,the extent of mental damage,the level of economic development,etc.
