Abstract

Through analyzing a number of current evaluation phenomenon in the journals and achievements of science and technology,the paper points out that the journals should treat SCI included the right targets correctly,make full use of its beneficial aspects and overcome the limitations resulting from its errors,which has important practical significance for the establishment of the evaluation system of Chinas journals of science and technology.
