Reflection on SCI Academic Evaluation System

SCI,a retrieval tool in essence,is generally mistaken for the main or even the only indicator of of the academic journal quality in China,and especially used in the evaluating of value of academic papers blindly.The detriment of Chinese academic will definitely lead to China's academic mess.It is thought by the authors that emphasis should be placed on the combination of the quantitative and qualitative evaluation,that evaluation can't take the place of article review,and that scientific research mechanism should be perfected and journal systems of various institutions can only be regarded as a reference.
