Abstract
With the help of self-balanced loading test(Osterberg cell),the application of load transfer method in solving the axial force of the pile at different interfaces of soil strata and the side frictional drags at different pile sections is investigated.The terminal bearing capacity of the tested pile and subsidence of the pile-head are obtained according to the assumption of analytical load transfer method.Meanwhile,an application program specifically used for Osterberg cell test and computation is developed according to the analytical principal of load transfer method.
