Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Unstable Angina of Qi-Deficiency and Blood-Stasis Pattern by Yiqi Huoxue Fang of Professor YANG Ji-wu

Objective:This experiment is aimed at identifying the clinical effects of experience formula of Pro.Yang in treatment of coronary heart disease of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis pattern.Methods:42 patients chosen as the diagnosis standard are randomly divided into two groups.In addition to intravenous drop of nitrates in both groups every day,the treatment group and the control group need to be taken Yiqi Huoxue Fang and Zhibituo,respectively.During the eighteen days of clinical observation,other drugs for treatment of CHDQB except nitrates,involving Chinese and Western medicine drugs,are prohibited.Results:In our studies,the symptom of angina in treatment group are improved effectively,and total effective rate after terminating Nitroglycerol in treatment group are significantly more than control group.No significant difference is observed between two groups in ECG.The liver and renal function of patients is not influenced after treatment.Conclusion:In clinic,we can flexibly coordinate the components of formula and dose of signal drug,moreover,the toxicity of liver and renal function is less after treatment.
