Therapeutic Effect of Yiqi HuoxueTongluo Decoction for Angina Pectoris in Patient with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on plasma homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and quality of life(QOL) in Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty patients were equally randomized into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given routine western medicine,and the treatment group was given oral use of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.Results:After treatment,serum Hcy and hs-CRp levels were decreased in the two groups(P 0.05 or P 0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P 0.05).As for Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) scoring,treatment group has higher total score and scores of items except for the satisfaction and cognition degree of disease(P 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with routine western medicine has better curative effect for treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease than routine western medicine alone.
