Abstract
Objective:To analysis the reasons for diabetic patients abuse insulin, and to explore solutions countermeasures.Methods:128 cases of patients with diabetes was recruited, according to questionnaire self-designed, and referring to the etiology, laboratory examination, organization and guidance on the collection of information, and the data was analysised .Results: Dabetes patients to the use of insulin cognitive level was obviously insufficient, especially for the excessive use of insulin as a result of the risk of widespread lack of understanding; the performance of the act of excessive or insufficient dose, leakage injection, the use of expired insulin, injection process was not strictly comply with the site rotation method, high frequency in needle use; in islet cell function partially recovered, glycemia basically under control conditions, based on the failure of the body signs to reduce or stop insulin. Conclusion: Education should be strengthened to regulate the use of insulin in diabetic patients for insulin using the cognitive level; develop personalized insulin, to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of insulin abuse.
