Abstract
Objective:Xuebijing evaluate the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning in 30 patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:To our hospital emergency department in 2006to2007 treated patients with acute paraquat poisoning in 5 cases for the control group(n=5),2007~2008for the treatment of 5 patients group(n = 5).Take the conventional treatment control group;the treatment group in the conventional therapy plus Xuebijing.Results: Group Xuebijing SaO2 and blood biochemical improvement are significantly better than the control group,significantly prolonged survival time.Conclusions: Early application protects Xuebijing Paraquat damage of important organs,to extend the survival time of patients.
