Evaluation of 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in aged patients with hypertension complicated with coronary disease

Objective To get valueble information for clinical diagnosis and making cure programe,we observe and sanalysis the variability of 24-h ambulatory blood pressure in aged patients with hypertension complicated with coronary disease.Methods Three groups were set for decetion and analysis variability of 24-h ambulatory blood pressure:hypertension complicated with coronary disease group(HC),86 persons,essential hypertension group(EH),127 patients,control group(CG),83 persons.Results Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in HC were higher than those in EH(P0.05);blood pressure variability rate reduced more(P0.05)in HC;morning peaks of blood pressure significantly increased in HC(P0.05);systolic pressure,diastolic pressure of day and night,and 24-h blood pressure load of EH were more than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion To continually detect and control of 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in aged patients with hypertension complicated with coronary disease are important for avoiding the dangers of other complications.
