Abstract
The histological structure of the reproductive system of M. asperulum was studied at first, the results show: the female reproductive system consists of ovary and oviduct. The ovary is composed of ovary wall and germinal epithelium. Germinal epithelium will produce oogonium and follicle cell. Oviduct consists of adventitia and oviduct epithelium. According to the morphology of oocyte、 nuclei and nucleoli and yolk growth, the oogenesis can be divided into five stages: Oogonium stage, Primary oocyte stage, Secondary oocyte stage, Premature oocyte stage, Mature oocyte stage.
