IT companies' business model innovation path based on value network

Abstract

The value network is the driving force of business model innovation.Through literature research,the relationship between value network of IT triangle model and business model innovation is analyzed in the paper in view of the emerging IT companies realizing the value of the problem.The key node of value network of IT companies is clarified.Based on the point of business model innovation,five paths in business model innovation of IT enterprise are summarized.References for the business model innovation of IT enterprise in reality are provided.
