Business model is the value creation logic of corporations at all.Basing on thus cognition,we bring forward the3-4-8 structure system of business model.Substantively the3-4-8 structure system is a three-dimensional framework seeing about the business model from far-midst-near in the round.According to the idea of modularization,business model innovation follow three basic approaches: an approach of business model Innovation base on value sub-module,a approach of business model innovation base on interface rule,and a approach of business model innovation base on the mixture of the two aspects.On the base of the above three approaches,the business model innovation can be divided into four kinds further: realizing business model innovation;adjusting business model innovation;changing business model innovation;reconstructing business model innovation.These four kinds business model innovation may change the business model core logic on different degree,which were applicable to the different environmental dynamic characteristic and industrial lifecycle respectively.
