Abstract
Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of giant staghorn calculus. Methods:The data of 120 cases treated with on incision of intraremals were analyzed. Results: The calculus was removed uneventfully in all patients without severe complication.Renal Pedicle occlusions were not need during the operations.Average operative time was 110(80~180)min.The residual calculus was 27 cases. Conclusions: This method has advantages such as excellent exposure, easy to master, little bleeding, high rate of clearance and less injury.
