Incision of renal Posthower intersegmental area and intrarenal sinus of treatment of gyant staghorn calculi

Objective To discuss the surgical treatment methoel and effect for giant staghorn calculi. Methods The data of 32 cases treated with on incision of intrarenals were analysed. Results Lithotomy was success ful in all cases. Renal Pedicle occlusion were not neet during the operation, the calculus were completely cleared out in 28 cases(87.5%), the residual calculus in 4 cases (15.4%). Conclusions Treatment of giant staghorn calculi with this menthod has been Simple, easy to master. Little bleeding. higt rate of clearance and tittle compeications.
