Analysis of Marine Industry Structure Competitiveness——In Jiangsu as an Example

21st century is the century of oceans,marine economy has become the new growth of economic development and plays an important role in the world.Marine economy is increasing importance in the national economy's status,coastal areas make use of marine resources,and gradually enlarge the intensity of ocean development.Along with the coastal development in Jiangsu province,its marine economy has made rapid growth.Through the shift-share model analysis,this article concludes that after nearly 10 years of development,Jiangsu marine industry structure is becoming more reasonable and competitive.But compared with the marine economy developed areas,marine fishery growth base is not solid and the development is slow or even negative.The traditional industry proportion in the secondary and tertiary ocean industry is higher,the high-growth emerging industry lags,and industry developing advantage and the comparative advantage of regional marine science and technology of are not obvious.We must pay attention to ocean foundation industry,increase investment in science and technology,transform traditional industries,develop the modern marine fishery,strengthen the strategic foundation status of marine fishery,increase regional cooperation,develop strategic marine emerging industry,promote industrial structure competitiveness and marine economy sustainable development.
