Abstract
The textile systematically investigates industry in some developed countries and regions upgrade history,and finds the national industrial upgrading path characteristics in common. Product upgrading,updating equipment,geographical transfer and organizational management improvement is the upgrade path of typical industry widely adopted by many countries. Among them, the upgrading of products is the core path of industrial long- term continuous upgrading. Upgrading equipment and geographical transfer is only a short- term auxiliary effect. China government industry policy should pay more attention to promote the upgrading of products,and is conducive to the formation of specialization of industrial organization.
