Abstract
With new developed cationic pigments,dyeing of cotton knitted fabric is carried out.The effects of various technological factors on dyeing are analyzed,such as liquor ratio,dosage of cationic pigment and leveling agent,dyeing temperature and time.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:cationic pigment 15%(omf),liquor ratio 1ower than 1:30,dyeing at 70 ℃ for 30 minutes,leveling agent 1227 6 g/L,adding fastness improver DM-2592 10 g/L,cooling to 40 ℃ and keeping at least for 20 minutes.Then padding finish with silicone oil and wet rubbing fastness improver in one bath is carried out.The end products feature good handle and color fastness,dyeing effluents is clear and transparent.The dye-uptake can reach 99%.
