Abstract
Objective To study the relation of the serum IV .C and the liver tissues fibrosis stage in patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods 50 patients with Chronic hepatitis were detected serum IV . C and. examined the liver tissue fibrosis stage with pathological methods . Results As the liver tissues fibrosis level increased, the serum IV . C increased. The serum IV . C was more correlated with the liver fibrosis stage (S) with chronic hepatitis B( P 0.05) . Conclusion Serum IV . C is a sensitive index for the fibrosis stage of the patients with chronic hepatitis.
