Abstract

Objective:To study the relation of the serum HA and the liver tissues fibrosis stage with chronic hepatitis.Methods: 50 patients with Chronic hepatitis was detected serum HA and examined the liver tissue fibrosis stage with pathological methods.Results:As the liver tissues fibrosis stage was elevation,the serum HA was elevation.The serum HA was more correlated with the liver fibrosis stage (S) with chronic hepatitis B(P0.005).Conclusion: Serum HA is the sensitive sign for the fibrosis stage of the patients liver tissue with chronic hepatitis.
